Thing #6

This is my son Matthew at the CIA in Washington, D.C. in May 1996. We went there as part of his Make-A-Wish trip. Although I miss him terribly, I thank him daily for his guidance and inspiration in helping me choose to become a teacher late in life. We both want to help kids...and we both are doing just that.

Books are my passion. Now I can "read" them while I am driving in my car. I bless the day of the Audiobook. I have over 250 different books on audio that I can listen to on any one of my iPods. I am NEVER without a book to read!

OK, I am starting to catch up. I was amazed to see MY pictures already on Flickr when I signed in. AMAZING!!
