Thing #6

This is my son Matthew at the CIA in Washington, D.C. in May 1996. We went there as part of his Make-A-Wish trip. Although I miss him terribly, I thank him daily for his guidance and inspiration in helping me choose to become a teacher late in life. We both want to help kids...and we both are doing just that.

Great photo. He sounds like an inspiration for all of us.

Love the photo - what a handsome young man. Isn't it neat, all the things you can do with a computer and digital photos?

I will be gone camping through next Saturday, so will not be able to cheer you on this week. Have fun with the next "things"!

Check out my bookslinger's babblings.

Happy Summer!
